Flower season in the west coast is at its peak from August to September annually. During these two months visitors will see a wide variety of flowers on display, from daisies, to bulbs etc. Large areas of flowers can be all around, but head over to the West Coast National Park for a breathtaking experience.
St Helena Bay is one of the most popular bays for whales to visit and calve. From August to November, the Southern Right Whales come in to the bay to calve, and can be viewed from the shore all around the bay.
